I remember looking at our finances and calling gym after gym to check prices before talking to my husband about the fact I wanted to join a gym. I just wasn’t sure if going to the gym was worth it and I didn’t want to waste money on something that I didn’t use. I was worried that we would ultimately regret the decision to join a gym and that somehow the expenses would be pulled out of our account month after month, long after I had stopped going.
Do you find yourself asking if going to the gym is worth it?
One year later and I know the answer is yes, my gym membership has been worth it. Actually, I’ve increased my gym package and still have yet to regret it. Only, just because the gym membership has been worth it for me doesn’t mean that it will be worth it for you. That’s why I want to talk about that today. I know that last year I gave reasons why every stay at home mom should go to the gym but perhaps that was something I spoke too soon about. So, today I’m going to give a list of reasons why it has been worth it for me as well as give a list of reasons why it may not be best for you. Then, I’ll let you decide if you think going to the gym is worth it.
