Looking for easy Halloween food ideas but know you don’t want to spend a lot of time and money on it? Or maybe you are like me, and just don’t have much talent when it comes to food decoration.
I am always amazed at the pictures of food I see on Pinterest and even on cooking channels but the reality is that I would never want to spend that kind of time on food that I am just going to eat.
Nah. It’s cool and all but fancy looking food is not my idea of good food.
I want to munch.
Have you ever been that way?
Because the way I see it is the good food at a holiday party is not the food that people sit and stare at. It’s the food that people can’t help but eat, over and over again. The food that calls people back to the table from across the room, or better yet, from another room altogether. It’s the food that goes quickly.
Even better, it’s the food that gets tossed together without much thought. Quick and easy.
Yeah, that’s my idea of good party food.
Get the kids to make this so that you don’t have to! It’ll keep them busy, they will love helping you and you can focus on something else without having to worry about what they are doing. They will love it! They might just be so proud that they tell everyone at the party that they made it all by themselves. Let them enjoy that moment of glory.
