Simple No Bake Cheesecake Filling
There are times when I desire a cheesecake to be at the utmost easiest level. This is the recipe I use on such occasions. It’s as simple as they come. Only two ingredients. It sets well and because it is no bake can be used in many different recipes.
Normally cheesecake gives off the feeling of master chef. It can be intimating but it should not be. Yes, there are many “rules” when it comes to traditional cheesecake but this simple no bake cheesecake filling throws all of those rules and regulations out the window and proves that even a child can be a master chef in the kitchen. Best of all? You can whip this up after a long day of work and impress the entire family with your skills.
- Cut the packages of cream cheese into small cubes and place in a medium sized bowl. Using an electric mixer beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Pour in the sweetened condensed milk into the bowl and mix until well incorporated. Pour into an pre-baked pie crust or use it for other delicious recipes such as cheesecake stuffed strawberries.
- Filling takes about two hours to set in a refrigerator.
